	Special Event Terms and Conditions 1.No costs will be incurred by Port of Kimberling Marina and Campground, LLC. 2.The Permittee will save and hold Port of Kimberling Marina and Campground, LLC harmless from any and all claims for damages to property and injuries to persons which may arise or be incident to the event. Proof of insurance coverage is ($500,000 minimum) required as one of the conditions of this permit. Proof must be furnished to the Port of Kimberling Marina and Campground, LLC with this application. 3.Permittee will be responsible for taking all necessary precautions for the Health and Safety of the participants and spectators. 4.Vendors are required to obtain Peddler’s Permit from City of Kimberling City. Concession permit will not be granted without written consent from Port of Kimberling Marina and Campground, LLC. All vendors must be pre-approved by the Port of Kimberling Marina and Campground, LLC. 5.Permittee will clear grounds, remove all equipment, TRASH, etc. and restore the area to pre-use conditions. 6.A performance bond in the form of a check or money order made payable to Port of Kimberling Marina and Campground, LLC may be required as one of the conditions of this permit to cover potential damages and maintenance costs. It is understood that the performance bond will be returned to the sponsoring organization when the area has been fully restored to its pre-use condition. The performance bond must be furnished to Port of Kimberling Marina and Campground, LLC at least seven (7) days prior to the event or the permit is null and void. 7.The permittee will establish and maintain adequate records and accounts of receipts and expenditures and shall make such records and accounts available upon request. 8.All Boating Events held in the State of Missouri require concurrent approval of the Missouri Division of Water Safety. 9. Other conditions may be added to permit as required. 10. There is to be no parking on grass or at the campsites by vehicles or trailers. Parking attendants must be provided by the event coordinator and must be instructed as to the parking plan as provided by Port of Kimberling Marina and Campground, LLC. This applies to participants as well as spectators who may attend the event. 11. Payment must be received with application within 30 days from the date of this application in order for the space to be reserved. 12. Event advertisement must be promoted as Port of Kimberling Marina. All other promotions are prohibited except with express written consent from Port of Kimberling Marina and Campground, LLC. 13. There is to be no fishing inside the buoy line at any marina. I understand that this permit defines all conditions and I agree to comply with all permit conditions contained herein.
